Shipping Policy
We are currently focused on sales in the UK. As we become more established here, we plan to expand to other countries in Europe.
Processing: Latest order time: 18:00 (GMT+00:00) Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) (London). Orders are processed Monday to Friday, within 1-3 working days. We don’t ship on weekends.
Shipping: Our average delivery time is between 7 and 8 working days.
Costs: We cover the shipping costs, so customers don’t pay for shipping.
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. If you don’t get an email after 4 days, contact us with your order number at info@theclassicgentlemen.uk, and we’ll assist you.
Couriers: We use DHL, and Yunexpress for deliveries.
Delays? We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If the delay is longer than a week, contact us at info@theclassicgentlemen.uk with your order number, and we’ll help.
Order not received? If you haven’t received your package after the average delivery time, contact us at info@theclassicgentlemen.uk with your order number. If needed, we can send you a replacement free of charge or refund your purchase.
