How long does it take to get an answer?
We always aim to answer your query within 24 hours during weekdays.
Is it safe to pay on the website?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure that all your personal information is encrypted. We do not access or store your bank details. Your payment details are processed in a secure environment.
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with visa, mastercard, apple pay, maestro, shop pay & Google Pay
Will I receive an order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail immediately after placing your order. This e-mail contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), order summary and shipping address.
I have entered incorrect address details, can this be changed?

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free, we take care of these.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your parcel is dispatched, we will send you an e -mail with a track and trace. Here you can find the status of your order and, if necessary, provide the delivery service with additional instructions.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
Did you not receive your order? We are sorry to hear that! After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday). After this you will receive an e-mail with a track and trace number to follow the package. Did you not receive this e-mail or is the status of your parcel unclear?

I want to exchange the product, how do I do that?
You can exchange your order for a new item free of charge up to and including 14 days from the date of delivery. The item may be opened and tried on and then still returned. The buyer pays for the return of the item he/she wishes to exchange. The new item will be shipped to the customer within 7 days after the returned parcel is received.
The product has arrived damaged, what now?
Have you received a damaged product? Send us a photo of the order along with your order number within 14 days to: info@theclassicgentlemen.uk and we will make sure you receive a new item free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email.
I have received the wrong order, what now?
Have you received the wrong product? Send us a picture of the order along with your order number within 14 days to: info@theclassicgentlemen.uk and we will make sure you receive the correct order free of charge within 7 days of receiving the email.
I would still like to cancel, now what?
Have you changed your mind? Of course you can, once you indicate within 48 hours of your order that you wish to cancel your order, we will arrange for the purchase price to be refunded to your account within 14 days of receiving the cancellation.
